Mercer Parks I extends the M Companies platform into the manufactured-housing community asset class through ground-up development — not the acquisition or operation of existing parks. The vehicle pursues a Mobile MSA mandate, building higher-end manufactured-housing communities with the design quality, infrastructure, and amenity standards of a Class-A residential community.

The thesis is straightforward: deliver a better physical product than the legacy MHC inventory in our market, on land we develop ourselves, using the same vertically integrated platform that builds our cottages and townhouses.
