Doyle Street is the first set of completed and in-progress cottage builds for the platform. Two 1,200 SF cottage single-family homes at 2470 and 2472 Doyle Street, and a separate parcel at 2380 Dauphin Island Parkway being subdivided into five additional cottage SFHs and one commercial lot.

Doyle Street demonstrates the cottage product line operating outside of a single master-planned community — proving the spec works at the infill-lot level.
